If Cristiano Ronaldo maintains his current form (37.3 league goals/season), he could dethrone the player whose jersey he inherited in just three years. In 101 league games, Cristiano has already netted 112 goals. At this rate he would be three goals shy of Raúl’s 228, which took him 16 seasons & 550 appearances to achieve.

In three seasons, Cristiano has scored 26*, 40** & 46 goals, respectively. If the Portuguese forward manages to overtake the legendary Raúl, he can then begin his assault on Telmo Zarra’s (Athletic Bilbao) league record of 251 goals.
